In this fantasy spectacle Odette and Van Gogh get married as soon they discover that each is the person of their dreams ,also known as soul mates . She whispers a secret to him but with the reaction on his face is he's going to burst out laughing as it's beyond belief !So what's the secret do you think ? Pregnant ? Found a brand new yellow house ? So this isn't a fantasy anymore and he can't wait to write to his brother ! The fabulous French painter Suzanne Valadon is out on the journey with her pals yet her mind is consumed with her recent unfinished still life back in her Montmartre studio .She doesn't have that strident violet color exactly the correct pitch in that painting so she regains her focus by being in this new environment in order to relax slightly. Wherever she goes the forces of nature surge through her ,captivating her ,and making her have a wish that she could live forever ! Who knows? Her French easel has a canvas on it but her mind wanders to the 20 meter works that she dreams of creating and what does it matter if her vision takes 20 years to complete ? She was born for this and not the life in the circus that she dreamed of as a dirt poor girl of 10 years old. Our dear Suzanne, you have arrived ! ACRYLIC on CANVAS 3 /24
Henri de Toulouse -Lautrec rounds out the foursome on our outing .He tosses his latest poster in the air and rejoices at his newfound fame as the most revolutionary artist in Paris ! His posters created a revolution for Montmartre and brought social classes from all over Paris to gallivant the night ,and even the daytime ,away . Fly upward magnificent steed upward to more glory but oh my God ,I can't wait to start on my next lithograph too ! Another round of Absinthe for all ! This large work comes after a three year culmination of my obsession with Van Gogh ,his imaginary wife Odette France ,Suzanne Valadon who was the first female artist selected for an important exhibition at a Solon in Paris. She even has a crater named after her on Venus may I add. Toulouse -Lautrec rounds out the group with his exceptional ability to capture movement while having stunted growth in both of his legs .His humor and sharp sarcasm made him a wonderful companion to these 3 others and my illustrated book called "Crashing Waves of Passions "develops their lives in both a real and imaginary way. This is a unique work that resulted from decades of seascapes ,painting and drawing from life, and unique large scale figurative paintings that helped me develop my sense of composition besides the influence of Chardin still lifes in how to imbue simple objects with a monumental aspect. I know that you will love this ! C PRICE IS $45,000.00 TAX AND SHIPPING ARE INCLUDED IN THE UNITED STATES I WILL CALCULATE THE COST TO OTHER COUNTRIES **********
